What got Rod in this mess was last season....

The 5 defensive collapses did it. Remember the Thanksgiving game?

They kept him b/c of his contract.

But Richard is for real.

You seem connected. Keep us informed throughout the season.

we need someone that is creative on the offensive side of the ball, and move on from Linevanilla...by then, Richard will be DC, a new HC will be hired and hopefully, they hire a legit, forward-thinking, offensive-minded OC that is unpredictable...

for now, I was VERY excited to see that Richard is calling plays for the defense...Pants needs more of that

He just might turn out to be the best assistant coach acquired under the Garrett regime. I know the sample size is rather small at this point but the difference in the secondary play and the defense overall is markedly better. The defensive backs actually turn around to locate the ball now. It seems like years since that has happened at that position. And you’ve got to love all the press coverage.

Our next D coordinator in the making. Let’s hope it comes to fruition.

He just might make the best HC we could find and Sean Lee could almost immediately take over the OC job. Kris would need to find a few offensive coaches but, he should know a few from the
Seattle system.

Almost all the problems with the offense are because Dak can't throw.

Dude was the best DB coach in the league while he was in Seattle. I was thrilled when we got him, but I had no idea he'd have this kind of impact.
It’s awesome. And him calling plays on defensive is telling. Rod has been grooming him for us. Rods interview said he’s one the best he’s seen. He’s the total package. That’s saying something considering who rods coached around.

I can't warm up to this guy because he phased out Jourdan Lewis.

We need to go a few rounds in the cage first to get that out of my system and then maybe. If there's anything left of him.

I'm forty-seven. Forty-seven years old. You know how I stayed alive this long? All these years? Fear. The spectacle of fearsome acts. Somebody steals from me, I cut off his hands. He offends me, I cut out his tongue. He rises against me, I cut off his head, stick it on a pike, raise it high up so all on the streets can see. That's what preserves the order of things. Fear.

but seriously, as soon as one of them goes down and Jourdan gets some quality time from him he may change his thoughts
doesn't seem like he's unbiased at all
