He is in charge of the passing game. Had he been in charge of the entire defense Cam wouldn't have had that rushing day. Once they took Lee out and had Leighton and Jaylon as the LB Cam had nowhere to run

Interesting point. I saw Lee be a tad slow on a few plays, but I thought he played well.

I didn't notice any splash plays from Jaylon or LVE. Maybe I missed it?

Who was calling the plays Rod or Kris? They showed Kris and I can’t read lips professionally but I swear looked like he was calling a play.

He had the playsheet in his hand too.

Lee didn't play good at all. He missed so many tackles and was late on some plays and chose wrong a couple times as well. I'm not worried about Lee but seems he is slower.

Leighton had a couple really nice tackles to prevent first downs by the way.

I was sitting here saying the same thing. I was also smiling because I knew how good Trubisky was going to be and then I started to cry because I want him as our QB.

last year Lee looked terrible in Denver, I can't explain it and he went on from there to play very well (until his hamstrings exploded)
it just seemed like an enigma and this game was similar

I suggest trying to forget it happened and count on him to get it straightened out by next week
if the passing game could have moved the ball the defense was more than good enough even with the missed tackles

if it is more of the same I will be SHOCKED even if it is vs Barkley

oh yeah, and aside from the way he dealt with past players that I already mentioned
Garrett not accepting blame for his offense being pathetic AND blaming it on defense is one of the other things I really dislike about him

Garretts post game comments were absurd, from his first year as head coach hes always talked like a man trying to keep his job at the expense of others, as hard as it is to watch this game its going to take a season like this to get rid of this clown.. and until we get rid of this clown we can never be elite or win the big games
