Kyle Boller contract???

What is this fascination with wanting to bring in players who suck?

Is David Boston still available?

Maybe the Dolphins will give us a two for one deal and give us the rights of Duante Culpepper and Ricky "Bob Marley" Williams in exchange for filing their income tax for them.

Does anyone know when his rookie contract is up? I'm just thinking of good talent that could be brought in here to compete with Romo next year outside the draft.

He is still young with NFL experience, and put into a good situation with weapons has the potential to become a very good NFL QB...

Just thinking outside the box right now as I'm frustrated with out QB situation and what does the future hold for us at this position...

I don't understand. You are frustrated with the QB situation but are willing to bring in another band aid solution?

kyle boller is a complete ******. he couldn't play QB in the NFL if the hand of God came down and threw the ball for him. After watching this butt clown in Baltimore for years, you don't want any part of him. He's weak, and he's a pansy. I'd rather watch Bledsoe play with a blind fold on before I let Kyle "I shoulda been a Bowler" wear a Cowboys uniform.

Never understood why ppl who didn't like a topic would cry and post about it. Move on if you don't like a topic, and quit your *****ing.

If I respond to a stupid topic, it's because I hope that expressing annoyance with the post keeps other similar posts from happening in the future. It's like pulling weeds. Or like spraying them with poison, at least. The mods get to pull the weeds. This thread doesn't particularly fall into that category.

After a loss, though, this board isn't fun to be on for anybody who doesn't let their opinions about the Cowboys prospects this year whipsaw back and forth from week to week. The comments calling a hall of fame Cowboys coach 'idiot' or 'moron,' for example. Calls to bench the starting QB when the defense gives up 3 huge plays. Accusing the HC of playing favorites with QBs when he's just trying to avoid a full-blown QB controversy that could really impact the team. Calls to replace our starting LT with a green player who's just learning how to play on the left side of the line. I'd be embarrassed to post that nonsense. Especially if I'm the one likely to start a Cowboys-to-the-Superbowl? thread next week, you know, after we destroy the Texans.

Hey maybe we can coax flutie out of retirement. I am starting to think passing on Brees was a mistake. At least we didn't get Culpepper or Collins like many thought we should have.

So I can't ***** about a topic I don't like, but you can ***** about all the problems you see with the team? What are the *****ing rules?? I'd really like to know what is and what isn't allowed to be *****ed about.

Please chill-out! OK?

The Eagles' game sucked enough do we have to war with each other over things as dumb as dumb threads too?

Winky, let's spar over Bledsoe ;)

LOL!

You know I've been fighting that battle for almost 2 years now. Time to let some of the younger folk take over. ;)

I'm getting sick of him too Winicki, I like his arm and toughness, and he has done some things for us, but he's starting to take me back to how I felt when QC was here...me cringing everytime he drops back to pass

That's about where I am with the guy. I'm scared to death whenever he drops back for fear of something horrible happening.

While many people assume Bledsoe always does the the "fast start-slow end" sorta thing that isn't always true. His second season in Buffalo was like one long "Jacksonville/Philly game". If we have to sit through this all season-- ugh.

it's something we migh have to live w/ :(

fortunately it's easier to have a great D, than a great QB, so let's hope our D can put it together and get stronger, plus we still have alot of weapons on O, and the looks of a pretty good ground game, it may be BP, "conservative", w/ alot of play-action, from here on out

As a resident of the greater DC/Baltimore area—and having seen the greater part of Kyle Boller's NFL resume, may I say...

Oh, dear God, no.

Steve McNair can throw 3 picks and lose a game against Denver (after the team has already struggled offensively since the start of the season) and not have the slightest whisper of QB controversy because everyone's relieved Boller's not out there.

DEAD ON! I agree with every word.

Kyle Boller is the only starting QB in the past few years who actually performed worse than Michael Vick. And he's no Michael Vick.
