Goodell prevented the league from lawsuits from Civil Unions from taking action with his policy which only inflamed one segment.

Something Jerry doesn’t care about as labor unions and activist groups have filed complaints on him and the Cowboys.

Jerry’s only immediate interest is his Revenue.

As it turns out the recent downturn in TV viewership is totally in line with the overall downturn and trends in viewership.

The NFL needs a Commissioner who’s aware and concerned for such lawsuits much like how he handled the CTE issues which could have kept the league in court for years.

A live wire like Jerry and his knee jerks are a threat to the league.

What lawsuits did Goodell prevent against the league?

Some of us can separate Jerry the GM and Jerry the owner. When Jerry goes to war with the NFL on behalf of Cowboy Nation You're darn right I'm with him.
Jerry the owner is handicapping our franchise with greater leadership because of Jerry the GM.

If not then Jerry the owner could be more appreciated much like he was early in his tenure.

As a result supporting Jerry the owner is indirectly supporting Jerry the GM.

As long as the policy for domestic violence is #HerTruth opposition to Goodell will grow as teams experience their own star player suspended for no valid reason.

It's just not going to happen as quickly as we'd all like it to.

That's my prediction as well. What we need is a Tiffany to accuse Goodell of something similar. It would be even better if the situation was similar to Zeke's.

It’s not as old as the handicap and obstacle Jerry has presented to Cowboys Football.

I’m fighting for whats best of Cowboys Football and the NFL.

How many business owners do you suppose are motivated by the interests of other business owners?
If they own a franchise they are extremely interested in the other franchise owners success.

The success of the NFL rest in all 32 teams not just the Cowboys.

You’re being incoherent again. This is just another way of saying that acting in the interests of the NFL is tantamount to acting in his own interests. You previously said Jerry acts in his own interests. Guess that means he acts in the interests of the NFL?

Jerry, like him or not, has been instrumental is building the NFL into whats its become. He has also made plenty of enemies with his defiance of the NFL official marketing arm with his own deals and he was right to do so. His position with the other owners is complicated at best.

I was replying to why would an owner be interested in other owners success.

It’s like with any franchise ownership . Your brand is only as strong as the sum.

True.. and that’s assuming we’re all in support of what the NFL has become.

If it’s reflective of what the Cowboys have become where our Iconic label , past success and popularity are driving revenue over the current product and success on the field then I’d call it “Fake NFL “Jerry has help create. Jerry has pimped the label for profit. Congratulations!

Not really. There’s a divergence between the Cowboys’ interests and those of the league as a whole. That’s why not all franchises in the league have the same value.

By your own lights, since Jerry pursues his own interests, he’ll also pursue the NFL’s to the extent that they coincide with the Cowboys’ interest, but no further. That makes him no different than any other business owner.
