Lack of crowd noise in Jerry Dome (ATT)

During the Atlanta game, noticed early in 2nd half the crowd was not making any noise
When atlanta had the ball, They had no problem calling their plays.
This is often a issue at our home games, and is due to who actually goes to the games.
Here is a SCap from the atlanta game which I just happened to spot.
Quite funny to me, maybe they should ban cell phones at ATT?

another thing that bugs me is this thing at bottom of screen that is constantly flashing scores and text about
other games , which I dont care about when I am watching a game.
The movement in it is distracting.And it takes away the bottom part of the picture.
Does that bother anyone else ??

Have you seen the price of tickets lately? They have priced out the die hard fans. I've been a Cowboys fan my whole life and have never seen them play live because the prices are just too steep.

Your picture is showing the 1 percenters. If you're counting on them actually knowing or caring whats going on, you'll be disappointed.

I've been to several games there and its always a lot louder than people gather from watching on tv, at least until they have no reason to cheer.

I believe the Cowboys record since the stadium opened is 27-23. Not much of a home field advantage.

This has been the case for some time now and especially since Jerry World opened up. However, can you blame it when the prices are so unaffordable and they put on a piss poor performance such as what they displayed Sunday?

Jerry, at least in the past decade or so, has created a culture where it no longer is for the diehard fans but rather anyone who can afford to attend the games live but don't really care if they win or lose.

Doesn't look like much going on on the field at that particular moment. Notice all the players just standing around. I think that's as good a time as any to do a phone check.

When I went to the season opener the place seemed loud, though I have nothing to really compare it with as it was my first time going to an NFL stadium. Maybe injuries have effected fan morale/crowd noise?

Anyone that's been to both our home games this year notice any difference?

The local Atlanta sports talk station 92.9 with Jamie Dukes, Randy Cross and others said the complete opposite.

They said the stadium was extremely loud and specifically said "especially compared to the Giants and MetLife the week before, AT&T/Jerryworld was rocking"

It was definitely loud and that was just hearing from the tv. You really think Cowboys Stadium is the only place people are texting? Come on. Texting is a huge epidemic in any environment in life. Sporting events at every arena/stadium included.

I went to my first game there 3 years ago and I went in expecting it to be laid back and quiet based off comments and the TV broadcast. I was shocked when the place was rocking. I figured it was just one game, but have been to several more since and its always the same. It's not even close to an accurate representation from the TV sound.

As to the decibel meter, they frequently show one on the jumbotron. All the TV broadcast has to do is show it from time to time.

They had a decibel meter on the video board at times, consistently 110 to 115 when Falcons were on Defense on 3rd downs especially.
Not sure how that compares to Seattle and KC bit to me it was pretty dang loud in there.

Well, there is a huge difference of what is perceived on TV and being there. People should realize that, but it doesn't meet their agenda.
Sometimes it seems there are more fans of opposing teams there, because the home team fans are quiet while on offense, but you will have the opponents teams fan making noise.
And with 90,000 plus fans. There will no doubt be a good amount of fans for the other team. And this it at most stadiums, as there are many transplanted fans across our nation.

So just because a person that can afford to go to a game, they aren't die hard fans...well, ok, I see where your thought process is....

I can afford season tickets, I am a die hard fan, I do care if they win or lose.....but because i have tickets, I must not be a fan according to your thought process....

It's not Jerry setting the prices, it is all NFL teams, and all sports in general actually. I bet you think a $10 baseball ticket [if they exist anymore] is too much to pay.....
