I was at that game, and at the start of the second half, it was really quiet, because all the fans were waiting in line to go to the restrooms, get food, get more drinks. This is the case for almost all the stadiums. This is why I wish Garrett would differ to get the ball at the start of the second half. Things quieted down at the start of the 4th when the D just stopped. By then, I think everyone knew that they couldn't stop the Falcons. With a little bit of leg work, you can find some decently priced tickets.
Ok someone at the game confirming it was quiet the 2nd half !
and I agree JG should defer. Always better to play defense 1st with good chance of getting the ball in good field position
instead of at the 20 or worse.
But Dallas fans, had they made a lot of noise every time Atlanta comes to the line, it would make a difference, all it takes
is one false start , one miscommunication, one mistake, could stop a drive or help our defense.
Cheering the offense could help motivate them or heck boo them if bad, anything beside quiet.
If they were booed they might try harder or it might make coaches change something.
