Okay, now we have players hiding from coaches on the sidelines...a QB waiving off a head coaches decision to punt...jesus...and fat boy wonders why no one takes him seriously as the boss.

a QB waiving off a head coaches decision to punt...Romo would have done that with any nfl coach in the league under that situation and any coach worth his salt would have realized the qb was right.
jesus...and fat boy wonders why no one takes him seriously as the boss.Adamjt13 is right, you've been sucked.
Doomsday101;2837029 said:Gosh when BP called a time out and Romo ran a QB sneak for a TD it was said Romo had moxie yet when he waves off the punt team and the coach shows confidence in the team to pick up the 1st, the coach has no control or leadership. Go figure.
firehawk350;2837046 said:I think there's a difference. Parcells likely called the timeout to confer and determine whether or not PARCELLS wanted to go for the TD. Romo just basically overrode the Phillips and did what he wanted by waving off the punt team. Of course, there's the whole hiding issue and Colombo shrugging off Garrett's demand to replace him...

Manning waived off the punter in the playoffs, but he is peyton manning, he farts rainbows and pees win flavored koolaid so no one *****es when he does it.
When romo does it, our coaches are clearly fat push overs.
I can't even believe this crap comes from our own fans.
Adam already covered this. Check the Ellis thread. Ware played over 97% of the snaps and most of the ones he missed were because of injury. I believe Adam accounted for the others and Ellis was already on the field when Ware came off each time.Quarterback Coach;2837173 said:So if Ware says something it's true...if Ellis says something it's not...do I got that?
Oh, and might ware be trying to cover his own *** since he is STILL on the team?
I wonder...especially when Ellis tells him "it's his contract year." If that doesn't sound like something Ellis would say you guys are all lost.
Of course you are right. The dumb penalties, lack of fire, and overall play last year certainly show this team has great leadership. Actually because of that guideance we really haven't had to make any changes this...uh...wait...I mean...um, well we have a new stadium.

Give it a look.
