My daughters love her music. I think she couldn't stand in Madonna's shadow and I am not really any fan of Madonna.

I like them both. I can definitely listen to them both and not miss a beat.

I see her as part of the line of theatrical entertainers. They put on shows, as opposed to being musicians in concert. Like Alice Cooper, Kiss, Madonna, etc she uses showy theatrics to make the event. As such, I don't view them in quite the same ballpark as bands that are more music focused. The rise and predominance of the video has really pushed that along.

Don't know if she's as sharp as Madonna, who turned out to be a pretty good businesswoman.

if you're welsh then you aint anglo-saxon. the welsh are celts (like the irish, north of france, parts of england and us scots), the english who invaded and have occupied them are anglo saxon.

1) I don't care if she's a she or a he. Doesn't matter cause she's ugly as hell either way.

2) Her music completely sucks. There is nothing she has put out thus far, that I've heard, that would make me want to do anything other than change the station.
