If it came down to it, which of the two would you prefer at LT?

Wouldn't that be the most realistic scenario of them being on the field at the same time per Jerry?

The Cowboys aren't going to make position changes at this point of the season unless they absolutely have to.

And you know this how? From one game five weeks ago? What is the difference in Steele and Collins right now? From 0-100, what is Steele and what is Collins?
Steele is a bandaid that has to be accommodated by other resources like a TE or the All-Pro guard next to him for reinforcement. Otherwise, he would be a disaster. La'el Collins doesn't need those accommodations. But an amateur eye like yours doesn't see these things that they have to do to help Steele so you just think Steele is doing a good job all on his own and thus we get this pedestrian argument from you.

Amateur eye? Tell us again how in your expert eyes you saw Parsons as ‘snake oil’ and a ‘scrub.’ Yeah, you did. You know it.

Deflecting again? You lose an argument automatically when you do that. Stick to one argument at a time, amateur.

Dallas needs to get their best 5 on the field.

The way I heard Jerry Jones talk this morning it didn’t sound like he was in any hurry to get Steele off the field but he admitted they usually give guys their job back when they return from injury and made a comment that both could be on the field.

So we’ll see.
Romo didn't

I care what you think, why?
You just gave your opinion on another guy's post as if anyone should care what you think. Then you say this to someone responding to you? Your opinion isn't more important than anyone else's. You come off as a complete jackass when you do that.

Any thought to putting Steele at guard? I always hear about him being more of a power player than a finesse player.

It's bye week. Just throwing things out there since we ain't got nuttin to do but talk for two weeks.

Collins passed 100 percent of the tests he took.

How many tests did the crack NFL drug team schedule Collins while he was suspended?

Did Collins do ‘his job’ these past 5 weeks? Well? And why not? This should be good, real good.

What exactly was Collins doing these past 5 weeks? Collins turned on the team and the fans and you are rolling out the red carpet for his triumphant return.
It’s not rolling out the red carpet, it’s just the reality that a team needs it’s best players to be as competitive as possible.

Being self-righteous and vindictive does not help the team do that. The team has to decide if Collins is likely to get his act together and based on that decide what helps the team reach its goals.

Your take that a flawed human making a human mistake equates to “turning on the team and the fans” is pretty off base. He screwed up - people do. If they feel this is going to be an ongoing issue, bench him. If not, move forward with him. I want a smart, competitive team, not one that gets butt hurt and seeks revenge.
