He just got a big bump to 8.5m base salary because he hit playing time incentives but I think he is worth itPossible cap casualty? Resign Fleming, save a little dough?

I'm keeping him, but I'm also open to reshuffling the offensive line and flipping Collins and Conner Williams at left guard and right tackle.
He may not be worth what he's making at right tackle, but could be at left guard. And Williams may lack the strength for guard but may have the feet and athletic ability for right tackle.
I'm not ready to rule it out.

I like this, but if it were up to me I'm replacing RT with a vet and try to deal Williams or keep as cheap depth. Hope he proves me wrong, but I think Williams is soft.
I just don't think he's a guard. I think he's a tackle.
I for one hope that the New OC lines him up as a tight end or out wide and see if he got moves...Kellen has been known to call such plays.
For which Practice Squad? Detroit's or Dallas's?!He's built like a guard, though.
He was struggling at guard before we moved him.
Maybe he would be better there now but Ron Leary was miles better then him.
He was OK, better than Williams, Sue, or even Cooper. Leary's not a fair comparison because he's a beast.
Edit- Can you imagine if we kept Leary and Parnell?
I just really question his football smarts.
Physically he is awesome but my gosh does he let guys through sometimes because he has no clue.
