WHAT are you talking about? The luxry tax has nothing to do with those figures in 2010/2011.

Go to any cavsfans board. They will all tell you the same thing, NO max free agent is coming to your teams crappy city.
FAIL OWNED BLAH BLAH BLAH.

If you think this years luxury tax has anything to do with next years cap than you need to read Larry Coon's CBA FAQ.

They have a 79 mil dollar pay roll right now. It will be 48 next year. They won't go to 79 again?

You cleary have no idea how the cap works. If you want to sign 2 max free agents you will need to be 30 million under the projected cap of 52-55 million. Having Shaq's 20 million off the books doesn't mean you can go and sign another player for 20 million. The only way for Cleveland to have enough $ to re-sign Lebron and sign Bosh, is to hope the cap is close to 55 million and trade Mo Willialms for an ending contract and then renounce Z and Shaq's bird rights.

The heat http://hoopshype.com/salaries/miami.htm and the Nets will have enough to sign 2 max free agents http://hoopshype.com/salaries/new_jersey.htm
