I would be all for signing Lamar Miller.
I am just not sure Jerry is ready to give us his McFadden infatuation.

It will be very interesting to see how much Miami values him and how much he will command on the open market. My thought is he will command a Demarco Murray level contract and not a CJ Spiller level contract.

I would prefer Lamar Miller over Matt Forte all day.

Miller has more tread left on his wheels... I like his speed and small space ability.

He can fill Dunbar and Randle's roles that is to say.

No way he gets Murray money. If anything, Murray went ahead and hurt running back value even more.

He may get a little more than Mark Ingram, maybe 4 years, 20 million. People just don't like to pay running backs anymore. Murray had a MVP caliber season and had 4 teams interested, only two of which were willing to pay him big money.

Miller to a 4 year deal, should go for far less than Murray did, and he is just as good of a back.
