Lamarcus Joyner getting released

If I were a betting man yes. Even though we haven't seen it

I don't know, Sherman doesn't strike me as a player with range, especially at his age . Peterson maybe, but talk is he's slowed down.

Plenty cuts coming through next week, and certainly some better players than Joyner. Wonder how it would cost to trade for Jeff Heath...a 5th or 6th???

Don't worry about CB, I heard Reggie Robinson is moving back to corner, so it's all taken care of.

the man played 16,14,12,15,14,14, his lowest year in games were10 his first year...your point?

He started 1, 6, 8, 12,15,10 and most of those starts were as a nickle back and not a single season where he started all 16 games. . Stop trying to play super scout with every player that becomes available. A rookie will be just as good as him and a lot cheaper.

No you are. Plays 4 seasons for the rams that drafted him in the 2nd round. Never lived up to that 2nd round pick then played 2 seasons for the raiders and has worn out his welcome there. Yet you now think he's a good enough player to help the Cowboys costing more than a rookie who is younger and better and CHEAPER. Stop playing super scout you're no good at it.

I'm smart enough to know the Cowboys won't chase after a player that has worn out his welcome on both teams he's played on. Maybe you should stick to Madden football because you terrible at playing a NFL scout.

Rams used the franchise tag (11.28 million) on him after his 2017 season and then the season after that the Raiders gave him a 4 yr 42 million contract

He is 5'8", so he does not meet Quinn's standard for an outside CB, he would be a slot or a safety.

I'd take him as a dime safety......but I wouldn't break the bank for him. Always thought he was a better free safety...than playing in the slot.

I see how you think. If the Cowboys make a mistake then it's OK to make another one. Go back to Madden.

I see how you think, make a dumb post about them not bringing in a player that is washed, then get your a** handed to you when told they just did what you claimed they wouldn't.. lol got back to your cage

Ya and the raiders after just 2 years of a 4 year deal have cut him after getting ZERO picks in 2 years and realizing he wasn't worth what they paid him. The rams after 6 years manage just 4 picks and waved goodbye to him. So in SEVEN seasons he has a total of just 4 picks but also allowed and average of 9.7 yards per reception. Ya that's the type of DB every team is looking for, well in someone's dreams.

And, if they go corner in the first, I doubt they’re looking for a guy who wants $10 million/year with Diggs already on the roster. You’re looking for a vet, past his prime but still with a couple quality years left, who’s willing to take a cap friendly contract. Maybe Richard Sherman, depending on his demands and physical situation.
This, or a guy like Akhello Witherspoon on a 1-year prove it.

he has more skins on the wall than what we have. having started on a super bowl team.
So starting on a team that went to the Super Bowl automatically means he's better than every player at his position that hasn't been to a Super Bowl?

Come on, you know that isn't true.

Wouldn't you say he's had more success? what player in secondary our has more success or experience?
