If this is true, he failed a "Dope Test" in more ways than one...

This is the problem I have with the Tour de France drug testing. Are they using accepted testing standards??

I just find it hard to imagine that after all the scandals, suspensions, and false accusations that these riders still would be doping. It just seems like minimal chance of a payoff is totally outweighed by the huge risk of getting caught.

When they're testing only for levels of testosterone... it makes it seem like the only way you can have high levels of testosterone (measured by normal levels of French men:lmao2:), is to be doping.
