Like all of us, I was concerned on the last possession that we were leaving Rodgers too much time. I said at the time we should pop the ball up and try to drop in between the 5 and the goalline in order to run more time off the clock. Every second you leave Rodgers is critical and that would have eaten up at least a few seconds. Of course there is a risk of return, but with the touchback being the 25, I think I would take that risk as you may well be able to use up some time and pin them behind the 25.
Anyway, with all of the second guessing, I hadn't seen anything brought up about this. My 2 cents.

exactly, it is obvious thing to do to take some time off, but sadly our HC didnt think of that, and neither did the ST coach.I said the exact same thing in my play-by-play. Drop the ball on the two ,make it to the 21 there will be 8 seconds less to do something.
he cant think fast, or ad lib, he just likes to plan stuff, and try to win with execution of the same thing over and over. For as smart and analytical as Red wants to come across as, little in game strategies like this don't seem to be on his mind. If a guy sitting on his coach can figure it out, one would think our ivy league coach could too.
yeah just watched the post game with jg and he said they had good coverage, and it was just aaron being superman, and cook a great catch.Shoulda done this, shoulda done that...how about not giving up a 36 yard pass on 3rd and 20 with 3 seconds left?
That's all on Bisachia folks. His ST's leave A LOT to be desired!!
