Well I had hoped that there were numerous teams that were 4-4 and made the playoffs. Unfortunately only 1. New England.
Probably an irrelevant stat, but 4-4 teams are a long shot to sneak in. Not because the talent isn't there, but because inconsistency is tough to fix.

Oh well.

I think this year is a bit different since the 6th seed is from a pool of five 4-4 teams.

A 4-4 has to make it.

Bears-Giants-Saints-Seahawks
Falcons are #5 at 5-3

Leaves us, Rams, Eagles, Vikes, and Panthers sitting at 4-4 for the last spot.

We have a tough road, Eagles has a murderous road.

Rams, Vikes, and Panthers are all tough roads too.

We might have the easy road of the five since we're home 5 of 8.

well unfortunately for you ummm all of the 6th seed teams are 4-4.

so one of them is making the playoffs.

What about the Commanders, wernt they wrse than 4-4 and still made the playoffs.

Correct me if im wrong...

Playoff teams win games in there own division. We are 1 and 3 in the NFC East.

We aren't a playoff team....we are 3rd place in the division with 3 division losses.

Chicago, NYG, Seattle, and NO are most likely locks as division winners.

Atl, Car, Min, Stl, Philly...we only have the tiebreaker over one of those teams (CAR).

The Skins were 5-3, then went on a 3 game losing streak to end up 5-6 before they won 6 in a row.
