Late games thread

The homer in me says we could probably hold these offenses to 40 points.

I’ll make an early prediction while I’m watching this team:

Saints 42

Cowboys 23

Even if that includes cheating?

Not blatant no. But let’s not act like he mugged him on that play. It was physical play by the DB. By the letter of the law, a ref could have thrown a flag. but the refs can bail the offense out on just about every pass play, if they follow the rules to a T.

End of the day. The receiver had both hands on the ball and dropped it.

By that same measure , holding by an offensive lineman can also be called on every play..................

If I were Payton, I would bench Thomas (next week). That's just unacceptable.

When Zeke jumped into a Salvation Army pot to me that ended the moral high road on NFL Celebrations. Either you allow them or you don't. The whole team doing a super bowl shuffle choreography is actually more demoralizing than a prop celebration.

Correct. And for the most part I prefer the refs to not get involved on game deciding plays.

Unless of course it’s the cowboys playing and the refs decide to help them. :p

Of course in our last game. The refs screwed the cowboys on a BS call on the last play of the game.

Wow the saints aggressive and trying to win

Hopefully we learn something from that
