Everything about his resume points to him being a better head coach than the one we have.

That’s why people want him over Garret.

I’m not arguing that JG is as good but he’s not all that. Did he ever have a “win an in” game with a back up QB, not once, but twice? If you look at the past 4 years, JG has a better record.

Those QBs force defenses to defend the entire field. They can make all the throws. They open things up for the backs to make plays there too.
