not bad, I like your top 10 especially. I'd rate Marlin Jackson about the same as you but we're about the only ones I've seen that rate him that highly.
I'd rate Erasmus James several spots lower,
Alex Smith a lot higher,
Arrington quite a bit higher
Jamaal Brown a lot higher, the guy was a rock. This is a good OT draft IMO.
Carlos Rogers quite a bit higher, definitely over Pacman and Webster.

But Webster to me is so much more ready to step in and play in an NFL starting lineup than Rogers. Rogers to me is vastly overated! He sat out Senior bowl dinged?

I would have Webster somewhere in the late 30's....he has some confidence issues and as we seen with Dwayne Goodrich that can be tough to overcome in the NFL.

Carlos Rogers will be a stud corner.

I've been concerned about his confidence issue as well. As a NFL CB, you got to have very short memories or else you won't last even with a world of talent. I think unless there's some great reasons, I'll pass on him.

Your kidding right? Webster isn't in Rogers' league. Gimme a break, Nors.

Rack is always right - I get you. This is an exact science and you have the secret decoder ring. Good for you.

Rogers is a verry iffy pick for us at 11 or 20.
I have Rogers as an early 2nd round pick. He ding's out of practice and did you see him with his pads off on ESPN? Birdman! Concave chest - he didn't look like he has a NFL ready body - lets see at Combine.

Webster in his career has been a playmaker. Another late 1st to second round CB. More ready to step in and start.

Carlos Rogers
CB, Auburn
War Room analysis
Strengths: Is a fearless defender who has NFL-caliber size and strength. Shows the physical skills to match up with most receivers.

Weaknesses: Rarely makes big plays. Entering his senior season, he had only four interceptions in 35 starts. Lacks ideal speed and struggles to track airborne balls. If beaten on routes, has trouble making the quick turns and sprints necessary to recover.

Bottom line. Rogers' body is NFL-ready, but his lack of playmaking potential makes him only a late-Day 1 or early-Day 2 pick.

Dan Pompei analysis
Has good size and man-to-man skills. Has body control and quickness and is physical. Has improved his stock this year but isn't always focused. Speed is good, not great.

4.37 speed isn't great? Nor, this is a PRIME EXAMPLE of one of your agendas.

McGahee
Suggs
next....

Rogers was barely even thrown at this year, That in itself cuts down on INTs. I also love the use of a Bio that is from pre-'04 season... :lmao2:

Thats a Sporting News draft bio - Not my agenda

I'll bet you a wooden nickel Rogers does not run a 4.37 at combine. In fact I'll bet you another nickel the kid won't run.

McGahee - was a huge Medical risk. Kid had only finished 1 year in High School and College without injury. Has had 3 major ACL surgeries and had to redshirt his rookie year. If healthy the kid has obvious talent.

Suggs was a risk and would have TANKED in our 4-3 past two years. Was not a good pick and Parcells/Jones went Newman. I agreed then and now on that pick.

PROSPECT UPDATES FROM THE COLLEGE SCOUTING BUREAU

AUBURN senior CB CARLOS ROGERS weighs in at 6004, 192 pounds, with 4.37 speed in the forty....can be physical and explosive....has a 38" vertical...has started 31 games and has 135 career tackles....fluid, instinctive cover corner with 30 broken up passes and five interceptions in his career...very competitive, "pit bull" type mentality...adjuss to the ball in the air very well...and uses his hands well... very solid tackler... shut down Wisconsin's Lee Evans in last year's Motor City Bowl. On top of everything he proved over the last three years, he showed his toughness last season playing with a broken hand....also, in last year's 28-21 win over Tennessee....Rogers has had bigger statistical games, but he hasn't made a bigger play than he did against the Volunteers snuffing out a final drive with a diving interception to seal the win. He made four tackles and broke up two passes to go along with his only interception of the year....CAREER STATS: 2003: 29 tackles, one tackle for loss, nine broken up passes and one interception.... 2002: 48 tackles, two tackles for loss, nine broken up passes and four interceptions.... 2001: 58 tackles, 12 broken up passes.

That is a freakin' LAUGH coming from you, Nors.

"Terrell Suggs will be a bust cuz he only did 19 reps and he only ran a 4.9"

Sound familiar?

Yeah, I think when it comes to judging college football talent you are by far the worst the world has ever known.

By all accounts, Webster had a subpar Senior Bowl week. Rogers got hurt early, I can't fault him for that.

I'd rather have Rogers than Webster though I'd give consideration to Webster in the 2nd.
