I picked up a RSRock X99 Taichi board to go with the i7-6800k CPU with a H100i V2 liquid cooler and 32GBs of G.Skill Ripjaw Series V SDRAM. 1TB SSD for $250 on a black friday deal. Then a Nvidia GTX 1060 video card with 6GB of memory.

It should last me the next 3-5 years without issue.

OK I am jealous, don't think there is enough of a upgrade from my i7-4790K though. What is the power draw on the 6800K? I bet next to nothing.

140 watts. It's amazing because my AMD-8320 (8 cores, vs Intel's 6 cores, 12 hyperthreaded) that I currently have draws 125 watts, yet it blows it out of the water with only a 15 watt difference.

Any update on this site?

I've got some time off from work over the next week or so and looking for recommendations on a PS4 or Mac-Compatible game. Definitely not looking for an online FPS, though an FPS with a good single player campaign is not out of the running.

It has been ready for several days. However, I am having a very hard time deciding which theme to use. I created 5 different themes for it and I like all of them but I cannot support all of them going forward due to the custom mods I plan to add and make to the site, so that means I need to decide on one of them that hopefully most people will like.

All but one of the themes I created are either dark or medium dark. I am just trying to decide which one will appeal best to users both initially and long term.

The theme of the site has finally been selected. I have to complete the work on it as there are several areas that still need to be styled for it and I also need to clean up the style a little, but I am starting on that now.

I am hoping to start sending out the initial private invites as early as tomorrow
