Let's face it...Miles is good to come back for 2 games and get hurt again...

Is Robinson worth a look again? He knows/knew the offense, and worked well with Romo. I believe he is still a free agent.

May not be an option. Maybe be to similar to Williams' role, but he has regressed recently. Bottom line is if this offense doesn't score 28+, the defense will have a tough time stopping anyone.

Thoughts?

He was cleared by specialist.

Cleared is one thing but seeing past the future ramifications and getting on the field is another. IMO, he will not get on the field. If he does, then that is on him when he develops symptoms later in life.

Loved him here but we really need durable players. I think we got lucky with him staying healthy the season he was here.

Besides I like Beasley in the slot long term

Wide receivers are the least of our problems. That may be the only position where we have reasonable depth. And QB.

He was never a slot guy. He was the outside speed guy.

He's cleared by a specialist but he's never getting cleared by an NFL team doctor. Thankfully for him and his family he got 14 million guaranteed on that deal with the Jaguars.

I think he played some on the outside when miles went down with his annual hammy injury but he played alot of slot as well.

And williams is our outside speed guy now so laurent would play slot here where I like beasley just fine.

No, he played a lot of slot for us as I recall. The outside guys were Dez and Miles.
Dez and Austin were both injured for multiple games that season. Robinson was the #2 for most games due to Dez or Austin being out.

On the surface, WR does not appear to be a need; however, Romo does not appear to be comfortable in the current offense. If a security blanket would help him then it's possible Robinson could do it.

If Robinson is smart, he'll stay away from football. He made about 14M with the Jags. There's really no point returning and risking his health for 800k per year.

Does he still get headaches from bright lights?

Seriously, how does anyone look at this team and think somehow adding a WR with a history of concussions will solve anything? Bryant, Williams, Beasley, and Harris are all playing well. They are running the routes called. The problem on offense can be only attributed to Garrett, Callahan, and/or Romo. To what degree these three are the problem is the only question. I'll go with 60% blame , 40% and 30% respectively for Garrett, Callahan and Romo.
