Even if he gets cut next year, probably not a good idea to sign him.

Robinson, meanwhile, sustained his fourth concussion of the season against Houston. Robinson finished the year with 24 catches for 252 yards.

he should be romos butler for a year as a show of appreciation of helping him get that contract. romo made him last year

Fourth concussion of the season or career? Four concussions in one season makes me wonder how he'd even be medically cleared.

Maybe the thread was started because he was put on IR today?

Most likely.

Given the number of concussions and the team simply IR'ing him, his career may be in jeopardy.

He's done with the Cowboys. Let's move on. We'll probably snag a WR in the draft in rounds 3-5 anyways.

Well he is definitely a better 3rd receiver then what we currently have. Gotta give a man credit where credit is due. I mean, he is a professional football player so he's doing something right. Romo worked with him for only one year of his career...

Whatever happened to that guy that Jerry claimed was ready to step in for Robinson?

Haven't heard anything in so long, I forget his name?

yea, the only year he did anything which led to him getting a nice fat contract. he did play well for us, but hasnt anywhere else. hence, owing Romo

Andre Holmes, and he must not be showing much in practice because he isn't getting in the games on offense. Plays on ST coverage units though.

For all we know Jerry could think Alvin Harper is on the roster

It wouldn't be a good idea.

Yes he had a good year last year, but the problem with him is he can't stay healthy to play a full 16 games right now.

I beleive this is his 3rd year he has been on IR.

If he can pass a physical I'd take him back in a heartbeat, but as a #3 or #4 WR. That would be a serous upgrade to anything we have now at those positions on the depth chart. Plus we know he has chemistry with Romo. If he ever hit the market then signing him back would be a no-brainer.

4 concusions in one year? Frankly If I were him and I felt I had enough money to last for a while until I found something I liked to do I would retire.

You're right, burm. All the money in the world can't make up for having a brain made of Jell-o.

Romo had nothing to do with Robinson's succes.

Just take a look at his consistency through out his career

Stellar production like that year in and year out is nothing to sneeze at.

IMO it's Robinson that's made Romo.

Danny Coale is
Danny Coale is still
Danny Coale is still not playing but hasn't had four concussions either.
