I’d rather not hear anything I’d rather see results on the field. I don’t want them packing it in but he is suppose leader of this defense that is record setting badWhile it’s fairly easy to roll eyes, I don’t think it’s “stupid”. They’ve gone through an incredibly rough stretch and lost their best player, but these guys are playing hard and I’d rather hear this than packing it in
That's my response when people question me "You attend Mass?" I reply "Yes, just imagine me without it."That's what I always told my parents, teachers, girlfriends and then wife. I thought I was being good because I could have been so much worse.
The Cowboys have a chance at a playoff spot but are currently in last place in the NFC East. They have lost four games. But confidence is high. “First things first, don't ever get this twisted, we're a good team,” DeMarcus Lawrence said. “And it's all about winning games at the end of the day, but we're a good team. Seeing how other people are playing and stuff, I don't think we're far behind at all. I feel like we deserve to still be in this thing and we can make a pretty good run."

here's some more from big mouth, enjoy.I had this thought as well, but we are so entitled I guess Id prefer to hear him say we are better than what we've shown you and we intend to prove it, or something along those lines.
His words fit the narrative of these guys thinking their crap dont stink, and that has grown quite stale.
Fact is there are few things any of em can say to win us over at this point in the season.
Well, he might be right if we hadn't lost both Pro Bowl-caliber starting offensive tackles, our starting quarterback, our starting tight end (although I think his replacement has been better), a starting linebacker, a starting corner ...
We had some of those early, but the defense was awful even with those starters. Just a slight improvement without losing those offensive players and we would be a good team.
Lawrence believes we still are, but it's hard for players to accept reality.
