Lawrence Taylor never belonged in Cowboy camp. Burt and Harry Carson and the rest of them can go help Coughlin where they belong. This is an affront to the fans of the Cowboys and a demonstration along with JJ's USFL clown suits that Cowboy tradition and excellence mean nothing around here.

So no Randy White, Rayfield Wright, Drew Pearson but Burt, Carson and LT? I'm glad that sorry excuse for a human being stiffed Parcells. Parcells needs to win now to keep me on board after last years 6-10 low effort performance.

Even if LT isn't on drugs again, he's still flaky. I think it's safe to say that he's not exactly the got-it-together, well-organized small business owner type like Banks and Burt. I'm not too surprised he never got around to showing up.

man Rack, you know this as well as I do. Some of the peeople on this board get so carried away and call things a drug problem. Sure Taylor had one, 10 years ago, but as far as I know, he's clean. Drew Pearson could teach Patrick Crayton and Copper lots about deep slants and working the sideline. Randy White actually played a hybrid inside LB before Landry killed that mistaken experiment and Rayfield Wright could certainly teach technique to Torrin Tucker and Andre Gurode.

The image of the Cowboys was diminished by the apprearance of Giants in Cowboys gear-Giant who rose to glory as the Cowboys teams of 1985-1990 sunk from theirs.

This wasn't just about 3-4 defense thai was about Parcells showing that he and "Parcells guys" are bigger than Cowboys tradition and excellence.

The Giants fans were equally dismayed.
