Because linebackers are cheap, easy to find in the draft, and aren’t a premium position you pay.
I repeated this a million times this past off-season but some of you don’t understand how the draft works.
First round picks, especially top 10 picks, are used on players that impact the pass game.
The run game is devalued. Teams don’t value big run stuffing Nose Tackles like Cowboyszone does.
If you can’t cover you are nearly useless at linebacker in today’s NFL.
Premium position are Corner, pass rusher, Offensive Tackle, QB.
Lets get something PERFECTLY striaght................YOU DONT understand how the draft works. You were one of the PRIME cry babies talking about how Parsons would be a bad pick.
You specifically mentioned his poor coverage abilities and that he was simply a one dimensional LB. I told you over and over and over again that Parsons could rush the passer and was the best defensive player in the draft.
And once again you did what you always do. Cry like a baby and tell me I dont know football.
And ONCE AGAIN we find out who that you are on the losing end of another one of our arguments and evaluations.
Seems like all your laughable theories about linebackers, QB's on rookie contracts, highly paid QB are all garbage theories.
