"Going over a game plan" with your coach and "creating a game plan" for your coach are two different things. If he had said he helped create the game plan then that would be alarming. Jerry loves football and his team just as much, if not more, than we do. If I was him I would do the same thing. So I don't see this as a problem.

Not only that Jerry played football his whole childhood and was co-captain of a college national championship team. Jerry actually enjoys listening to gameplans and probably has a pretty high understanding of what's being discussed (especially compared to other owners)

Starting OL is all on the coaches.

Not putting automatic points on board on coaches.

Not adjusting OL at halftime all on the coaches.

Playing injured starters in blowout all on coaches.

Blame players on missed blocks, dropped catches, bad passes, penalties and poor tackling.

Just saying it wasn't the game plan that failed. Denver has a tough defense, but there were plays to be made and we simply didn't make them. If we didn't have receivers drop balls when they were wide open or the quarterback miss passes when he had receivers open, I'd be concerned about the game plan.

But everyone here in CZ says that MM has nothing to do with the game plan. I thought KM and DQ handle everything by themselves. If MM does not even know the plan what did he share with Jerry?

MM was a puppet when we were bad, and he's a puppet now that we are good (for the most part). Just because the team is 6-2 doesn't mean MM suddenly has more control of the team. We've always known Jerry wants to win his way, and will never stop. So why is this news so shocking all of a sudden?

the real problem is jerry it will not matter who is the coach or who is the qb or what ever

as long as jerry has to be in every thing because he have to make sure if the cowboys win in some miracle he will get all the credit and attention the cowboys will just lose
