News: LBS: Jerry Jones makes concerning admission on radio show

He is the GM whether fans like it or not. I’d be more concerned if they didn’t go over game plans together. Why are people so surprised?

 at the clowns trying to defend Jerry Jones. It's why we haven't won anything in 25+ years, and why we aren't winning anything this year.

I called it years ago.

McCar3ty isn't just discussing the gameplan, he's being instructed to include certain nuances.

I'm more concerned that MM anticipated everything DEN did and still **** the bed.
 ****? Past tense of another word meaning defecated. The dog pooped in the flower bed. MM **** the bed. LOL, yeah it is a good point you are making. Considering the results, MM anticipating everything DEN did just compounds the size of his own failure. I prefer to think Jerry is just full of crap. 10 points for your verbiage, my brother.

The owner went over the game plan. Do you really think Belichick runs his game plan by Bob Kraft? Mike Tomlin runs it by Dan Rooney?

If any owner asked, the coach would answer.

Jerry actually played football in college, you know. Jerry has studied the game of football for decades. I think Jerry knows a lot about football. I have no issue with it.

I don't think game plans change drastically from week to week.
It's just a matter of, will we be left handed, right handed or ambidextrous today?
Similar thing, except we focus on this guy rather than that guy....

I bet many of you would do the same thing. Tell me that as much as many of us LOVE football, if we were owners we wouldn't want to go over the game plan with the coach. Please. I know for a fact I would.
Flip it around, if you were HC, would you want to go to jerry and present the game plan? I mean what is the point?
I would not as HC, want to waste my time.

This sounds like jerry wants to approve it, or add to it or change things, and that would not be acceptable to me.
I would just fax over a fake game plan, and then later if jerry said anything, I would say I changed my mind lol.

This revelation by a headstrong GM reveals the preposterous side of Jerry. He so visions himself as a football authority that he poorly affects the duties of his head coach, with zero consideration of how the players are likely to perceive such an absurd practice. I wouldn't be at all surprised if that has had serious ramifications, with a low point in team morale occurring. Jerry's foolish ego always blinds him to the truth. It's damaging to the team!

Here's why many of the best head coaching prospects aren't attracted to working for Jerry. It's working with him that's the problem!

I have it on good authority from many zone members that Jerry is no longer all that involved in making football related decisions.

Starting OL is all on the coaches.

Not putting automatic points on board on coaches.

Not adjusting OL at halftime all on the coaches.

Playing injured starters in blowout all on coaches.

Blame players on missed blocks, dropped catches, bad passes, penalties and poor tackling.
Pretty much everyone failed on Sunday. Coaches, players and even Jerry's micromanaging of the game plan all sucked. We'll smoke the Falcons. Falcons are coming into a hornet's nest on Sunday. If our players and coaches have any pride then we'll blow out the Falcons.

Yeah working with/or for a micromanager is horrible. I don't envy McCarthy. Well I envy his paycheck. He makes more than me but he earns it putting up with Jerry.
