Left-handed people

This may be a dumb question, do Left handed people use the computer mouse with their left hand?

Some do, but I always used it with my right hand.

I'm left handed, but I do a lot of things right handed, like box, use scissors, play bass, lead, and drums right handed, and I also can bat either left or right handed. I love being primary left handed though...wouldn't trade it. I think it makes me more creative. Plus it is an added bonus on the piano because I can do things with my left hand that most other pianist can't.

I certainly don't .... it's funny i can't write or draw righty at all, but if i have to do any of the sort on the puter i always go right lol

I am an alumnus of a design school and more than 3/4 of my class was lefty.

We participated in a phd thesis for research group on the prevalence of left handed people in the visual arts.

Interesting stuff.

Write left handed - mouse click right.
Bat right handed - throw left kanded - golf right handed - Kick both left and right.
Fun thing is Tennis I can play either side returning ball. All forehand if I want. or all back hands if I want.
I can't serve well right handed.

Write lefty, eat lefty, play guitar from the left angle, cut with a knife lefty, bat right, jab right, tennis right, throw football right, kick lefty, jump with right leg first, use a mouse right, then had carpal tunnel, then forced myself to learn to use the mouse with my left, and now I'm a lefty mouse user.

Very strange when I'm doing something for the first time, don't know which hand to use. lol My conclusion, anything that takes power, I use my right hand. Anything that takes precision, I use my left hand.

I use the mouse with my right hand, same as driving a manual transmission. Just the way I learned to do it.

However, most mice are easily switched to left handed without special equipment. I am pretty sure it is on the mouse setup somewhere.

EDIT: Tons of notable famous lefties...that are not infamous.

I use a right-handed mouse for my PC. I just move it over to the left side of the keyboard. And instead of clicking with my index finger, I have to use my middle finger.
