We've gotten much better with leftovers.

Use to be a good percentage would grow "hair" and be tossed...

But over the last few years we done much better.

First off we plan our suppers better so that if there are leftovers, then it's a leftover we'll actually eat for lunch or if there's enough of it–another supper.

And my wife has become very good at being able to turn many leftovers into soup... Roast beef, prime rib, chicken or pork.

So how well do you do with leftovers?

I'm a greedy ******* so leftovers aren't usually a big issue.

Not good. If we make spaghetti or gumbo we freeze the rest
Other than that, I just don't eat leftovers. We3 act like we are going to eat then by putting them in the fridge but I have a mental block eating anything after two days in the fridge. Even deli ham or turkey is thrown out after two days. Milk within three days of expiration is thrown out.

I have three boys living here that are the size of Zack Martin. What leftovers?
