I am ok with him as an assistant. I did not like the set up they had under Garrett and Marinelli.
They never really developed any DT's, but then again they never drafted anyone for them to work with.

I'm happy for him. I'll cheer this signing, however, when he turns Tristen Hill into Big Cat II.
