What was his 40 time?
What's interesting is Landry often said reminded us that he got stronger 3rd and 4th quarters of games.

simply one of the greatest...ever.
he was one of the 100 greatest to ever play the game.
i know what i saw.
one of the greatest to ever run the ball.
he retired as the #2 all-time rushing leader.
that doesn't just happen.
#33 was an all-time great.

So most of those when they happened. It's a shame that he appears to be a CTE victim and a shell of himself. He was such a blast to watch in his prime.

That 84 yard run against the beagle in his rookie season was amazing because before that I don't remember a Cowboys runner who had that ability. And I was too young to appreciate Duane Thomas. Plus Thomas didn't stick around that long.

4:34 was his best 40 time.

Also won the 100 yd dash in the old NFL Superstars competition that ABC televised. And he won that race after stumbling at the start.
