If you just want to be a cheerleader. That’s hunky dory with me. I’m certainly not going to boo the girls or guys with Pom Poms. And they shouldn’t be booing the analyst and critics in the booth either.

There’s a place for everyone. All types of fans. Perhaps we wouldn’t invite everyone into our home to watch a game.

I’ve certainly sat next to some fellow fans I’d just as soon throw out but as long as they follow the rules or laws they are entitled to conduct their fandom however they choose.

Exactly, the team deserves all the criticism it is getting this week after that joke of a performance against the Commanders.

If the resident cheerleaders on this board get their panties in a bunch over it, so be it.

I think most Cowboys fans ae sophisticated enough to understand the difference between being negative and making honest, realistic assessment of their team's level of ability.

I fan may believe that their Cowboys simply aren't strong enough to be successful in the playoffs this season. That is completely different than wanting them to fail.

Yeah, 3 decades of evidence tell me things aren’t likely to change. The Bucs aren’t that good this year, so I won’t be surprised if we win, but not expecting much after.

One thing certain in life is that nothing lasts forever, at some point the cowboys will break all the negative streaks and will win a road playoff game, a divisional game, an nfcc game and a superbowl.

It will all happen, i think this year we check a couple of the boxes off and continue building momentum with MM....we have already checked a big box off in making it to the playoffs for back to back years for the first time in well over a decade.

Enjoy the ride, have some optimism, fight just being negative and downtrodden about everything.

Could be worse, we could be the other team in Texas...imagine how that must feel?

My hockey team went 39 years between championships. The memories of the heartbreaking losses in the years they were contenders, the memories of all the seasons they flat out sucked, the memories of the team owner who was content to go cheap and strive for "relevence" instead of going out and putting the final pieces in place in the obvious weak spots in the line-up to get that championship, the memories of that one team who we just couldn't get past...

I remembered everything as I drove 3 hours down to the outskirts of the city, got on a train packed with like minded people, spilled out on Causeway street to join thousands of other likeminded people as we exorcised those painful memories with celebration of a Championship.

I say. Don't let it go. Don't let it consume you, but don't let it go. Save it up and let it go when the time comes. More often than not it comes when you're not expecting it.

For the record, I'm not expecting it this year, so...........

IM From the great east and came here to Texas in 1980s as 10 year old, first game i watched was the Montana catch payoff game and Dwhite lost another one.. so i have ben fan very long time and each year is anew one and one off..do not live in the past.. we can debate the good or bad of a season or a game after they are over, not these negative threads on why we will lose..ughh

started with the off season how terrible it was, then the preseason how bad our team is, after game 1 all predicted doom and gloom ie a losing season and yet here we are. Appreciate somehow a horrible team, was 12-5 and have shot in the playoffs.

The positive thing about the past, is that one can certainly learn and improve from it if one isn't just defeated by it's existence.
