I guess I don't understand the purpose of this thread. Miami is the only team that even remotely knows who they are going to draft and even that could change if the right trade came along. Jerry and company have a list of players that they could draft depending on how things fall. This is no different than everyone doing their own mocks.
You have players valued throughout each round of the draft. You assume certain players will be taken by certain teams, helping you weed out players and come to some degree of certainty who would be available and who you would take at the given picks. It's the exact same process as any franchise, the only difference is the values you put on the players may be different because of the limited 'scouting' available.
If a top 10 value player drops to #22, I think Jones is flexible enough to adjust his draft to take this into account by either selecting the player even though we might not need him or trade down a few spots to add more picks. But once again, no one at Valley Ranch knows who we are drafting. They have an idea, but so do we.
