After niners game Dak has started using his legs and our Offense has been much better. The team lost egirls game. Flags killed is at the end. But we have seen a better Offense since he started using his legs.

I'm sure he'll turn it around, but Mahomes is not playing at an MVP level so far.

That leaves Tua, Dak, Hurts, Allen Stroud, and Herbert.

• Tua is maybe leading but its a slim margin.
• Herbert is out b/c the team needs to do well too. He is tops in league in TDs-Turnovers though.
• Allen already has 25 TDs thru 9 games, but has some turnovers too. Bills would have to get rolling.
• If he keeps this up, Stroud will get ROY but not MVP if
• Dak has been outplaying Hurts lately, imo. Not out of the question

Let's be fair here, and look at his season overall:


-9 games. One horrific game. 49ers.

-Not great against the Cardinals, but it's a brand new offense with early season redzone jitters that now looks like it's been fixed. Plus, we were out 3 Offensive Linemen and the defense seems to struggle against Dobbs for some reason. Misdirection plays maybe not our thing.

-Our receiving corps not considered elite besides Lamb. Cooks was barely active before this game. Ferguson hasn't done that much besides the Eagles. And Dak is still tearing

-He has no right tackle. Ok, maybe that's an exaggeration but Steele needs to improve tremendously in the next Eagles game.

-We're not known for a running game... and before today our running game is below mid tier.

-Altho he came short against the Eagles..... he was just a bad step out of bounce and a Schoonmaker half turn away from beating them. One bad step out of bounce shouldn't be what determines whether he's great or sucks.


Not sure why his haters keep degrading him, and not giving him the credit he's due. He's gonna be in most people's Top 5 this week. Only behind Stroud, Mahomes, and Hurts.

He will be getting his, this off-season when Jerry gives him the money bag!

I thought that was the best game I've seen Dak play in a long long time, perhaps ever. However it was the Giants so that has to be considered.

The bits I liked was him standing in the pocket and taking the hit to deliver some longer passes. I like when he uses his legs to create some movement and fluency. I like when he mixes up shot gun/under centre.

I still didn't like that as soon as Giants played some zone.. Dak looked lost. I didn't like that he struggled in the red zone for the first couple of series. I still don't like that he needs everything around him to be perfect to do well.

However I have always maintained that whilst he is our QB.. I want to see success.. so if making him a bus driver works.. keep doing it. I suspect that he will fold like a cheap suit as soon as we face a real oppo but it sure is fun when he gets hot and the team plays well. I really did think our offensive play was sublime against the Giants.

Dak is a regular season QB. When the pressure ramps up because it's a playoff game I expect him to fold against a team like Detroit or Philly. Remember when Dak had that game against Philly when it was a win and your in the playoffs. Wentz beat him with WRs off the street. The defense played well and held Philly to like 13 points and Dak managed to lead the Cowboys to 3 FGs. Its not just the 49ers it's tye big stage. And please don't mention the Bucs, Cooper Rush would of won that game with the way the defense played. The Seattle game a few years ago was the Zeke show and Dak dam near choked it away. He had to run because he was afraid to throw.

If you are going to pick apart Dak and complain after a 49-17 win and 640 yards of offense you are going to be sad and miserable all season. Do you think the Patriots cared how bad the Jets, Bills, and Dolphins were in the Brady dynasty years? Did the Eagles fans discredit all the times they blew out some bad Cowboys teams in the early 2000s? I don't think so.

Dak has been money and this entire offense has turned it around since the debacle in San Fran. We knew going into the season that it was going to be a work in progress with MM calling the plays and it seems like they are hitting their stride.

Just enjoy the ride.

As a matter of fact, Josh Allen and the Bills only scored 14 points vs the Giants. Care to explain this??

this is an impressive stretch for sure. arguably his best. and I still want to see more before believing. crazy

I wouldn't call it his best,

I mean he might be doing it with the least amount of weapons, worst OL, lack of run game he's ever had...

literally had an 11 game win streak as a rookie played great in that playoff game..

had great stretch in 2020 before he broke his ankle we were losing because of defense, he was chucking it big time,

2021 37tds 10 ints 4800 yards in 12 win season hardle chump change ,

need i remind you of the hot streak in elevating the offense last season mid way post broke hand IR, like 6-7 games at avg 36PPG and tops in RZ% and 3rd down %.

Let's be honest here Prescott's always been good people acting like this is the time to give him praise is ridiculous.. yes hes doing more with less but hardly "his best stretch ever"...

Hes always been top 10 but have had stretches where he plays top 5.. The issue here is he can do this against the lesser teams because our team can, you don't get away with this against the better teams we need a run game and an offensive line and better D in the bigger games..

Prescott's not our issue.... Really in my opinion never has been.. You look at all those playoff games you're gonna find out the same problems where no run game lack of a physical offensive line and at times the defense gives up too many big plays

Exactly add to the fact that the bills only beat the giants 14- 9... A couple teams lost to this giant's team... And some teams like the chiefs the bills and others have lost to some sub 500 teams... So somehow the Cowboys fans are supposed to be less than happy for big wins like this???
