Well I can't see the coaches pulling dak for romo for any reason aside from injury, especially in the playoffs. What message does that give aside from the media drama it would bring that we don't need. Dak got us here so....

On another note, I would of played Romo the entire eagles game. If the coaches actually believed he could stay healthy to play, they would have. But they didn't and it only confirms what a lot of us think and that is that right now he is fragile

Do you want to win, or not? Romo is the best chance in the playoffs by a good margin.

They'll start Dak, of course. But if the offense is struggling again against New York, or a shootout breaks out against Green Bay, the only chance is #9. The coaches will have to have those discussions this week.

I'd rather Dallas play NY. I hate GB and I fear they are on another destiny run as it seems everything is going their way. Nothing would please me more than to see GB eliminated.

We have beaten the Packers and lost to the Giants twice. And yet I fear (maybe irrationally) the Packers more.

I just wish Romo had been given a chance in the regular season because while I am over the moon about Dak...I believe Tony is the better QB today. Did you see the zip and accuracy on his balls? Did you see how he'd back a defense up with his willingness to accurately throw down the field? Did you see how Dez would suddenly be back in the monster production realm after just a single target that wasn't even caught?

Health is no small thing with Romo and it's ultimately why he's being sent away....but what a bummer. One drive showed that Romo would have driven this Porsche (the car built for him btw) in a very different and special way.

During their win streak, Aaron Rodgers has completed 71 percent with 15 touchdowns and 0 interceptions.

Good gosh that's good.

He has turned it around not sure what was happening early on in the year with this guy. He is like Jekyll and Hyde.

I'm rooting for the Lions. Let the Falcons take on the winner from Lambeau.

Giant defense is going to rough him up

Giants had 0 sacks on Rodgers earlier this season when the Rodger's and the Packers offense was having all sorts of problems and rated in the bottom 3rd o the NFL.

What's different this time around?

You should be very, very, very afraid of the Giants!! They have the defense to do real harm! Pray that they freeze their arse off in Green Bay!!! However, if the temperature is 0-10 degrees and Eli does not have to throw the ball except short passes, I think the Giants will own Green Bay.
Get the Giants jock out of your mouth.

Giants lack playoff experience compared to Green Bay, and you can show by logistic regression that the lack is statistically significant. Green Bay is on its home field. New York played a slightly
tougher schedule that Green Bay, but not enough to counterbalance the other factors.

On my web site, I predict that Green Bay wins by 9 points.

No one on here is actually playing in the game, and I'm sure the Cowboys aren't scared about playing either of them

The Giants haven't scored 20 points in five weeks.

we know Dak can't solve that giant defense and we can't run against that front. Snacks owns Fred and Free is a swinging gate. Did I mention it's Eli in the playoffs on the road? I've seen this movie before so let's go Pack

Maybe it's me but how can we have aspirations for the SB and be afraid of any team? Bring on whomever! I am not afraid of any team in the NFL.

I'm only afraid bc we are starting the worse QB. If Romo was starting id say bring them on

Much rather face the Giants. Not afraid of them at all.

We're 0-2 against them this season and Dak had his worst two games against them. Since 07 we're 0-3 against them in elimination/playoff games. They've been able to contain our offense through the years and keep the games close. Not saying we can't beat them when it matters most but we haven't been able to the past decade. Eli is 8-3 in the playoffs and the fact they've beaten us twice this season will give them a psychological edge. They have one of the most dynamic receivers in the game in OBJ and we've had a history of not being able to pressure Eli in the big games. Despite their game with Washington being meaningless yesterday they didn't mail the game in and won while we mailed it in against Philly suffering our worst defeat all season. I would be very concerned facing the Giants in our first playoff game because this season has too much of the same feel as the 07 season.

The Giants beat us twice...sure....but the first game was Dak's first start. Zeke was too hyperactive. Game two was played on the road, with freezing temps.

The Giants have no running game, no OL, and an inconsistent QB. Sure, they have electric WRs, but we've done a good job of containing them.

Their defense has done a good job. But I think we did more in game two to stop us than they did.

We whopped GB at GB. But Rodgers is out of his mind right now. He's controlling games himself. Their WRs are ordinary, and their OL is average, but Rodgers is almost impossible to sack. GB's defense isn't good....but they can get the job done. They contained a very good Seattle team, Detroit team, etc.

Correct, unfortunately, Giants don't have a qb to take advantage of that..so it doesn't matter

Skins defense is borderline street players...Eli did nothing

You might want to check Eli's career especially in the playoffs. Anyone downplaying Eli and the Giants in the playoffs is just being a FAN. This is how they ended up in the SB in 07 and 2011 by many downplaying them. They're a team that finds ways to win games in the playoffs, they can't be taken lightly.

Dak had his worst game of the season in the second game against the Giants. They find ways to beat us in the big games and anyone who says they're not concerned about playing them is lying. They're not a scary, explosive team but they play solid defense and know how to frustrate you. They're able to contain potent offensive teams and beat them in the 4th quarter. They find ways to win big games.

Yeah exactly, Dak always gets strip sacked and fumbles in the pocket against them
