We need a new coaching staff, help in the interior defensive line, new safeties, more help at De, and some better running backs.

Also a new rt. If Steele keeps playing like this come next training camp he needs to be cut. At some point these players have got to learn that signing a contract doesn't mean you can Coast the rest of your career.

If his knee is that bad then he needs to take a few plays from Big E's playbook but simply getting beaten like that is not going to work. It's embarrassing.
