That's not completely unrealistic.

They would have a big need a CB if they couldn't replace Carr with a free agent. I don't like to draft for need, but would likely need to go for a CB in the 1st.

Thats how to fail at the draft. I take a higher rated player of a position that we dont need than reaching for lesser player of need. Or trade down.
