I mean basically. I don’t know why fans just don’t take them for their actions…..people talking about corner and qb. They traded for Milton. You aren’t getting a corner in the draft. And they traded for Milton because it knew it would shut him his fanbase up. Hes fast and can throw far. There you go now shut up fans….not even realizing he’s a even worse prospect then Lance.Your missing the signs, lol, they just got milton, and that is their sole investment in a qb.
They are not drafting another one this year or next . Who knows about in 3 yrs.
He probably would have been the 7th qb selected if he was in last years draftSo this qb class seems pretty weak. I dont know much about Ward, who does he compare to from past draft classes?
yeah right, Dak will end up having huge numbers the likes of which nobody's ever seen before, and Jerry will be forced to pay Dak another huge deal!! Will be here until he's 94!I don’t think Dak can make it to another contract, this will be his last. I would set my sights on Arch in three years if he does develop into that franchise QB. At worst, he would sit for one season assuming Dak plays four more. Manning isn’t coming out early and should be playing all of his eligible years. That coincides nicely with the end of the Prescott era.
feels so good!!!!!!!!!If Milton doesn't work out, we will be at the top of the draft board next year. Grabbing a franchise quarterback finally, after 30 years of futility.
He’s hunting for wabbit!Wuarterback?
Are you Elmer Fudd?
Yeah: I had to check which sports forum I was on for a minute. What is a WB? A wingback? Lol
So going with the “if we suck really bad it is actually great” theory? The Eagles and Commanders have good and young QBs already. Dak was expensive but if he can play well for 3 or 4 more years, the other teams are going to have to give massive contracts to their QB.
If Dak only makes it 1 or 2 years Dallas will be stuck with the Cap but with those likely losing seasons, I could see them landing a top 5 pick and drafting their own rookie all star QB, so that kind of levels things out. So I think Dallas should build the team as though a rookie QB is coming in 2-3 years. Thoughts?
Dak is a middling QB who has lost mobilityI don’t think Dak can make it to another contract, this will be his last. You know some of these hypotheticals are so too soon off base just you're overthinking stuff..The Eagles and Commanders have good and young QBs already. Dak was expensive but if he can play well for 3 or 4 more years, the other teams are going to have to give massive contracts to their QB.

I concur with this vision.Dak is a middling QB who has lost mobility
He will not play 2 more full seasons IMO
Hes in the “i know im not great, i know im overpaid but i will stick around spouting cliches as a company man” mode
My God, it better be.I don’t think Dak can make it to another contract, this will be his last.
Maybe here,My God, it better be.
He's going in the top 20 , I hate to break it to you which is funny because if he even makes it to 12, that would be surprising, you might want to prepare yourself for the Dallas Cowboys going ahead and taking Deion Sanders son here, because at 12 he might be worth the reach and a future quarterback that doesn't have to be rushed onto the field.. not saying he's going to be any good, but you are saying it's a joke, jokes on you!Shedur would be a joke in the top 20.
When you’re basing your chances that the three teams in your division quarterbacks simultaneously suffering sophomore slumps, missing many games to injury, and a highly touted rookie quarterback developing slowly, you know your chances aren’t good. Just like the Cowboys aren’t good. You know some of these hypotheticals are so too soon off base just you're overthinking stuff..
it'll just happen the way it happens and by the way what if Sanders turns out to be a total bust are you trying to tell me that doesn't happen??we've seen this cycle in the NFC East before and the Cowboys still do very well in the NFC East they are not stretching some kind of gap on us Washington barely beat us last year the second game, I mean literally played our backups and we beat them and had them the 2nd game, twice the eagles played our backups, twice, we literally were decimated by injury.so all this stuff you're overthinking the quarterback position...
I guess it's an important position and how do we know Jayden Daniels isn't going to have a sophomore slump and that Jalen hurts gets hurt and the giants have Sanders who doesn't work out or it takes some years to develop..
what if he's Baker Mayfield kinda good but not throws a lot of interceptions makes a lot of mistakes it's too big for him... What if Sanders is one of about 30 first round quarterbacks over the last decade that have been bad just what if he's an average guy and turns out to be more of a backup than a starter what if Oh my God what is Dallas gonna do then...
When the time comes Dallas will get another quarterback wherever that comes from I don't know look at Pittsburgh I mean the Steelers just been grabbing up regurgitated quarterbacks for a decade they haven't won a playoff game in a very long time but they've been to seven of them recently by just rotating out retreads...
what if what if what if what if .......
hey what if we stop with the what ifs let's just watch it lets watch it happen year in and year out it's a new year..
we got 17 games to watch just enjoy it or not I'm not worried about it who are next quarterback is who our next owner is our next GM our next head coach I just don't care we watch football with the product they put on the field is the product we watch...

Now how about reality? Daniels looks very good. Hurts plays his best in games that matter most. Wilson has a winning record in playoff games and has been to two Super Bowls, winning one. Joe Milton notwithstanding, the Cowboys “quarterback room” is the worst in the division. Winning two division games this season would be exceeding expectations.
Quarterback is very important. I indicated Jayden Daniels looks like a very good quarterback. He does. I said Jalen Hurts plays his best in games that matter most. He does. And Russell Wilson has a winning record in playoff games. He does. We're not doing this, you trying to make Russell Wilson better than Prescott is insane, if anything they're similar but Prescott still younger and has more to give...whether you like it or not, and you're a hater, because there's a reason why your stuff says I have to click on it to read it because you're on ignore..we're not having this decade,I said what I said as a Hypothetical scenario, that IT can happen,if this guy's that worried about it, I didn't say it was going to happen, but I don't care how good you think Jayden Daniels looks he struggled against our preseason defense, that's right in the regular season he faced our backups and lost.. the second game he was struggling, and they pulled him for Marcus Mariota... they almost lost that game, don't act like this dude's polished and he can't have a slump and have learning issues he could have had a lucky rookie year, remember Prescott looked really good his rookie year as well.. he's had a better career than Jayden Daniels, you're giving this dude anointing oil after one decent season, when he had to play in the division was the Cowboys lost about 18 players, and they still barely competed against our backups that's where that came from.
Thinking Prescott's worried about this division; he's 33-8 against the division and he plays well against the division. you're claiming that Jalen hurts plays well when it counts though he plays well when it counts because he came in with a loaded team..
you put that team on the Cowboys, here, here's a scenario ,
why don't you just flip quarterbacks last year, put a healthy Prescott on the eagles team, and then Simply put Hurtz on our team last year, and see what happens even if Hurtz finishes the year last year on that Cowboys team he's not doing anything..
you giving him credit for his ALL IN GM; having 2 great targets at wide receiver an above average to very good tight end, and saquon Barkley, should have been the offensive player of the year last year he might have been got $20 million and the defense that shut down Patrick Mahomes in the Super bowl and you're giving him all the credit for that OL?
yeah it's like you that you would give people credit where it was a team effort any solid quarterback could have won with the eagles last year you want to know how I know, look at Nick Foles you need another example how about Matthew Stafford leading the league in interceptions and still throwing 2 interceptions in the Super bowl and having his defense bail him out and yeah he played pretty good in between those mistakes but our team if our quarterback makes those mistakes we lose because our team is not as good....
I was given hypothetical scenarios to where this guy doesn't need to worry, because there's a lot of moving parts on teams, and things can happen just like it happened to the 49ers and Cowboys last year.. it happened to the Cowboys in 2020 when you suffer that many injuries, you're not going to have a good year..so just counting on all the teams in our division getting better and we're not and we're just going to finish last is also equally delusional, clueless, and being a hater...
I am definitely not losing sleep over any of those quarterbacks and given the fact that Jalen hurts allegedly is better and Jayden Daniels is pretty good maybe he has a great career ahead of him but you think I'm worried about Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson been passed around the league lately??somehow all of a sudden, we're going to worry about them how about they worry about us a healthy defense and I said I'm going to say it again Prescott has destroyed most of the NFC East and he has a winning record against Jalen hurts and get this with a weaker team with a weaker coaching staff, and the eagles yeah the winning record against everybody in the division but he's not just winning against the worst teams..
And Prescott has a major disadvantage in in the GM/owner and the way they build teams around here..
so somehow you keep putting this all in the quarterback both giving too much credit to Jalen hurts and players like him who happen to be on teams that have an all in philosophy and that loaded up that doesn't always mean you're going to win but it takes a whole lot of pressure off the quarterback when you have an offensive line and a running back that are one of the best in the league when they're supposed to show up...
Don't poke the Monday morning bear with nonsense,
you want to talk real, we can talk real, but you're giving too much credit to those teams and expecting them to be just as good as they were last year and that doesn't always happen, and we will for sure not be as bad as we were it was mostly because we had an injury riddled season with a below average coaching staffall that has changed for us and we will see it happens on the field not on paper...
