Just curious why no one is looking Koren Robinsons way ?

Because he has 3300 yards and 13 TD's in 5 years - he's not the kind of change that will make D's crap themselves and put you over the edge into the Bowl. He did have a few nice games near the end of the year though.

One player who really could be quite interesting is Charles Rogers. Yeah he's got a little bit of a drug issue floating around him, but if he checks out clean, is he worth a shot? Comming out of college, this guy was labled the "Randy Moss" without the baggage. That was only 3-4 years ago? Rogers had a string of bad luck breaking both collarbones in back to back years, and when finally healthy had Joey Pick throwing him the ball.

I'd rather take a chance on Koren Robinson, looks like his legal problems are behind him

I agree about his talent...he made some GREAT catches while here....

So, since he has the rep as being a "cancer" (an amazingly OVERUSED word) can anyone tell me exactly what he did, other than being a child...or what he did that is any different from Keyshawn.

Now, I'm not looking for "Keyshawn blocks...and he does this and that.."

I am simply asking, "What did Bryant do that earned him the bad rep that he got with the Cowboys?"

Also, btw, I'm not asking sarcastically...I remember he'd freelance on some routes...goodness knows Key did a LOT of that last year...I dunno, complain about not getting the ball???...hell Key wrote a book about that.

I heard AB was a problem in the locker room, and was always sulking

Key seems to be a leader in the locker room

I really would like to see Patrick Crayton take on Keyshawn's role and show him the door.

the only problem I see with getting rid of Key and sticking Crayton in his place, is that Crayton hasn't exactly come close to beating Key out, and I love the kid, one of his biggest supporters, but he's still a relative unknown, we don't know if he can stay healthy, we don't know if he can handle the attention of being a starting WR, we dont' know if he could sustain working across the middle, and doing the things he does, for a full season, but we do know that we're getting all that in Key

plus just remembering what Parcells said about Crayton, that he needs to work hard in practice everyday to reach a certain level of effectiveness, then I go back and remember what Parcells had to say about Key during the offseason, that he doesn't need to practice and he's ready

I just don't know

btw, I don't think we'll be doing much at WR, we already have 3 options

yeah, but the thread started by asking about Carlos Rodgers, who's done even less than Koren

Don't forget Keyshawn gives about 70 catches, the vast majority are key plays on 3rd down, besides he generally gives 100% on other duties.

I think we can get another 1 or 2 seasons out of him as long as he doesn't ask for to much money!

I for one wouldnt draft a WR in round 1 this year. I'd wait for 2007 for that. The WR corps will be loaded. Steve Smith, Dwayne Jarrett, Calvin Johnson to name a few (assuming they all declare).

But there really isnt much of the FA horizon that opens my eyes either.

I'm not overly impressed the WRs this year. I gotta agree with you. There is only one reciever - Santonio Holmes - worth the 18th pick.

I would love to see us sign Antwan Randle El...

Excellent kick/punt returner and a SPEEDY deep threat for Bledsoe opposite Glenn in the 3 WR sets.
