Give me Zeke.

If somebody just watched that video and didn't know anything else about them, I think that person would pick Zeke.

They have a lot of similarities, but one huge difference is their long speed. You can see that Zeke is way faster just by watching the game footage. He also tested way faster in the forty; although, Bell actually had a better 10-yard time but only by 0.01 seconds.

Bell is used way more as a receiver than Zeke was used as a receiver in 2016; however, Zeke will likely get more opportunities as a receiver in the future.

Good points. Would love to see Zeke "featured" the way Bell is. Far too often this year, Zeke was underutilized. Hope that changes next year.

I noticed week 14 that Zeke was developing this hesistation when he hit the line of scrimmage that Bell excels so well at.

Man I wish September would get here. Who needs the summer?

Bell's Patience, Vision, shiftiness is very Emmitt like, doesn't quite have the durability tho. He also has the experience, so that goes quite a ways. Zeke has the vision, explosiveness, toughness and a bit of everything else. I mean thats a really tough call, they both have their unique attributes. Zeke will probably always be more of a power runner and bell an elusive runner.

They're very close from a talent perspective, but i'd worry about bells ability to stay on the field. Between injury & suspension he's missed a lot of time in his career.

Both are very good at what they do. I pick Bell right now. But talk to me in 2018 and I may say different. Heck, I may say different during the 2017 season. Bell is a very patient runner, shifty, and a great receiving back as well. His all purpose yards I think was 2nd in the league and this was after suspension. Zeke is the faster runner and more powerful runner. Both are good blockers as well.

Bell for sure currently, and I'm not sure how it's arguable. Only thing standing in Zekes way though is track record and usage. He's at worst third in the league, and should be number one with a bullet if leaned on like bell and DJ
