Cutting Le’Veon Bell loose is all fun and games until he signs with the Ravens
What started out as a rumor with no real substance not long ago picked up some steam on Friday when several outlets reported that Baltimore was now one of the front-runners to land Bell’s services when free agency commences on March 13.

Hurry, sign him Ravens. Let the karma begin. :muttley:

Oh this would be too funny, living smack in the middle of Steelers and Browns fans. :muttley:

W/ Schloppmar at QB, doesn't really matter who else is on the team!!!!!!!

do you remember our Emmitt playing for the Cards...he may have wee bit of gas left in the tank?. his age, injuries and now a year removed from playing along with poor blocking. yah good luck.

RBs typically have their best years at age 26-29. Le’Veon will be 27 opening day. Emmitt when he went to the cards was 34. I’m not sure I follow your logic.

Are you talking about Bell or Witten?! :lmao2:

I think he winds up in Philly....
Fat chance. The Texans could end up landing Bell, and that is still the case. But like last year, when they were willing to offer the biggest contract in free agency to Cousins, only to see him sign with the Vikings, the Jets should offer the largest deal to land Bell.

Don’t be surprised, however, if the Ravens get into the Bell bidding.

i wouldnt say fat chance. he's been linked, has the perfect west coast skillset...just a matter of whether or not the Eagles will be willing to go high enough $wise. they paid top$ for Murray a few years ago and Bell is on an entirely different level...not to mention younger. I would be surprised if the Eagles are not going hard for him right now.

Good Luck on the Eagles getting him.
A bit more out of balance with the Wentz deal looming on their horizon.

I’m hearing he’s getting a huge deal. If it’s as big as it sounds the Cowboys will have to let Zeke walk if he wants the same.

So, after passing up 14 million last year in favor of $0, he didn't have a lot of options. The Jets deal is basically a 2 year contract and hardly justifies the decision he made last year.

if he gets more than 14.5 guaranteed, its a win. Thats the only thing he was guaranteed to get last year. One bad injury, and *poof* hes worth squat.

will he make up the money he mssed out on last year? no. But if he walks away with 30+million fully guaranteed, who's to say he made the wrong call?

He’s getting paid either way. Whether I make millions it 2019 or 2020 it doesn’t matter. Not sure why everyone thinks he lost money.
