Simi take notes you're next.
How many had bonuses tied to participation? Money is a very big driver of culture and many other things.
So glad to hear that. I have to think that every opportunity they have to get work in helps.
There are rooks and FA signings looking for jobs,, probably a good idea the vets decided to be here participating.
Dalton Schultz will be in spirited competition with others that would love to take reps that he might, otherwise, get. A wise decision.
Not sure how much it's related but I think the entitlement era may be over.
Lots of competition.
Stage is set for everyone to buy in and rally after last year's embarrassment.
NFC is wide open.
They must want to win or something.....practice make perfect
Lol, this used to be considered just normal. Now it's "above and beyond."
Anyone know how Schultz became the player rep? Was there a team vote?
I'm confused. Why wouldn't they come to work?
Because it's voluntary.
We say that but a lot of people took pay cuts and sat out last year's season......
Although I agree with you, I'll still take it.
Yeah, I recall a few Cowboys who sat out. Canady and a FB? They were all voluntary.
This is voluntary too. Players have bonuses tied to participation. Just a fact. I have to show up for work everyday. I can volunteer to go into the office or I can telework right now. My choice. I don’t volunteer to go into the office. Now, if my employer offered a $5000 bonus for those who show up at the office, well, then, hey boss, see you in the office.
Lots of people took non-voluntary pay cuts last year too.
Kudos to those who showed up, for whatever reason even if it was money. I don’t blame them. I would do the same thing. I wouldn’t want a pay on the back for it though if it were money.
Maybe they saw how the lack of off-season work last year led to an insane amount of injuries and decided it best to try and get in football shape starting now.
He was the only one that could read and use signup genius.
This is exactly why there are so many injuries today. The best way to not get hurt is to never get out of shape in the first place.
La'el Collins is a perfect example.
