The ref apparently thought Brees got knocked backward instead of pulling the ball backward himself.

It might have been a first down anyway, though.

I agree, I dont think it is shady or anything, just one of those plays you dont see very often. I just dont think you should get forward progress when you pull the ball back on your own which he clearly did.

Anyone else feels Stafford just hoofs the ball out and put it all on CJ to go get it?
Where would this qb be without a receiver like CJ

Where would eli manning be without Victor Cruz

Victor Cruz is under 6 ft while Megatron is 6'5 with a 45 inch vertical. Big difference.

Where would the Cowboys be without Romo? Well I don't even wanna think about that prospect lol.

Where would the Texans be without Matt Schaub?

Oops...

Can Michael Irvin coach Dez for a couple of weeks this off season?

You know teach him some stuff..give him tips..show him how to run routs..and all other stuff...

We have a beast and we are feeding him vegetables I feel

The Cowboys already have a good WR coach. Blame the players, not the coaches.

Dez's route running improved immensely over the course of the season. How about getting a decent OL so Romo has time to get Dez the ball?

Horrible comparison, but nice try.

He was being funny. Matt Schaub has been injured for a while, yet the Texans are still winning with a rookie

Exactly. If Dez is ever going to go from good to great he's going to have to do it himself. You cannot coach "great"...you either are or you aren't.

1. They play in the afc south. Winning that is like being the skinniest kid in fat camp.

2. They have something called an offensive line who dominates the LOS.
