You know the deal, list em in order.
1 Demarcus Ware - Taken high and has become a phenom. The guy does yoga and pilates in his off time. When Garrett talks about the Cowboy Way, Ware and Witten embody that.
2 Jason Witten - Speaking of Witten, he could be 1b for my money. Stellar human being and a tireless worker.
3 Tony Rmoo - for Romo to retire here in today's NFL, he'd have to have won a superbowl. I think he can.
4 Tyron Smith - it's Obviously premature, but to retire as a Cowboy after being drafted at 20, that would means tons of success. that'd be roughly 15 years of good and/or great play.
5 Jay Ratliff - Gotta give some love to the underdog. Taken in the 7th round, not athletic enough to play in the NFL and definitely not big enough to play NT in a 3-4, Ratliff keeps proving the doubters wrong.
