5) Brady Bills OC
6) Kinksbury Commanders OC
7) Joseph Broncos DC

I actually think if they move on from Mike that it’s going to be Kliff. Here is the list of reasons.
NFL HC experience
Offensive coach
Will let them pick coaches like DC
From TX
Has experience working with QB’s and making them better.
Has some success as a HC in the NFL

He checks all the boxes for everything they like in a HC. They’re not going to go with anyone without experience as a HC. I would be shocked if they did.

Moore??? That guy sucks. Didn’t he get fired from the Chargers a year ago?

That would be smart. I’m a Tech fan so I know all about him. He’s not my choice, but he certainly checks all the boxes for the way the Jones pick coaches.
I wonder if they will consider Flores, as he is suing the NFL, but has done a terrific job turning around that Viking D without a star.

I love Flores. What he could do with Micah and company would be amazing. But I don’t see it. The Jones want to be involved in meetings, and everything else and I can’t see a lot of coaches they would be comfortable doing that with. Look for Moore or Kings etc types.

Jerry is 82 and this most likely will be his last hire.

Flores has great pedigree and seems to be good every stop but that Miami exit was wild. Big time red flag.

I would laugh my butt off if Jerry or Stephen contacted every name on this list and each one told Jerry/Stephen to pound sand.

Bold> They will not for the observation you specified in your comment. Suing the league is a way too self-autonomous character trait for someone like Jerry Jones to ever consider in a head coach. Perhaps as a coordinator but not as someone, who would exert his authority as an NFL head coach within Jones' controlled environment.

I think Ben Johnson is out, so is Glenn. Neither of them are going to come to dallas and be overruled and controlled by an egotistical owner and his son in the clown show that's dallas cowboys.
Vrabel is smarter than that too, IMHO. he is going to be too expensive, but it depends on how the cowboys finish and how pisssed off the fanbase is at Jerrry.
I would also rule out Brady, he is going to choose another team over cowboys, probably Jags.

I think the choises come down to Moore because he will sell some tickets and keep some fans interested. and two that it would be a confirmation for Jerry that he chose and helped grow an up an coming coach. plus Moore has relationship with Dak.

Klingbury from Commanders..... he is supposed to be innovative offensive mind. and offense sells tickets.
Slowik from texans has a chance as well. in the state of Texas and has done well with texans offense.

I don't think jerry would go for any of the other ones, because they don't sell tickets. not known in fans coaching circles.

coaching price is going to be a big determination in all of this. Jerry will stay away from the first wave and second wave and settle for the 3rd or 4th wave of coaching options.

I think Johnson is a pipe dream…with that being said, I think Vrabel and Flores would be my choice…both are disciplinarians and preach accountability and are from the BB coaching tree.
I could see Jerry maybe pursuing Kellen Moore given his past success as OC.
But sadly…I am preparing myself for more MM and Zimmer.

I truly hope, when the same BS is happening next season, the stadium is half full for EVERY home game.
