Little things I saw

I haven't rewatched the game yet so these are preliminary opinions but here goes:

Jones is a nice back, the Oline's run blocking well, but yards on the ground fall on the TEs. Witten couldn't get to Mario Williams and he made a TFL chasing down from the backside early in the game but on Jones' 33 yarder, Witten (may have been Fasano, hard to tell without seeing it again) sealed Williams and Jones sprung one.

Any QB in the league not named Bledsoe and the Oline gives up 0 sacks.

Burnett's showing why he was a 2nd rounder and it's getting harder and harder to keep him off the field.

Vanderjagt hit one really low KO, but his distance was fine for the most part and was at least as good as Suisham.

McBriar had a 40 yard return against him and still averaged 40+ net. I'm having Ray Guy flashbacks every time the ball leaves his foot.

Roy Williams is a stat ***** (in a good way). Picked up a fumble recovery on special teams. Still almost on pace for the all time takeaway record.

The missed fourth down conversion was a good game call but terrible play call. If you think Glenn's not going to be covered, go for the gusto and at least slip a TE out as a second option.

Was it just my imagination or did I see Greg Ellis lined up wide against a WR early in the game?
I was pretty scared when I saw that. Fortunately Carr didn't look that way.

Ware or Ellis on a WR in the slot isn't the worst thing in the world if it's in zone.

My only problem is when they're 5-6 yards off and can chuck them.

Roy is soooo fun to watch (except deep balls) .....I love that player

I was listening to that part of the game on the radio and the announcers said something about one of our new TEs on that play making a good block. Im guessing it was Curtis?

I highly doubt Curtis got any snaps on offense. If he was activated, I'd guess he was relegated to special teams.

Yes, Greg Ellis was the left cornerback in the first series of the game! YIKES!!!

That's wrong Curtis did make some nice plays out there.
Both Curtis and Skyler played today...though Curtis had the better game.

Really? Eh. Serves me right for opening my mouth about something I didn't watch. When did he play on offense? Throughout the game or in the fourth when Parcells put in Hurd and Romo?

Yeah, Curtis drove Mario Williams into the ground in that one play where Julius picked up 7+ yards.
