Whoever plays LB will be busy this season.

Will be great if he pans out. Zimmer’s defenses usually do play well from that position group.

Good news on DC and DO also. LB group could be a strength this season. They’ll have to be because DL is thin as tissue.
I still believe that the LB Corp isn't as strong as we need in terms of experience

Just one injury to Overshown or Kendricks changes the entire complexion.....it almost a must that Liufau can hit the ground running.

The Browns and Chubb will be their first test

Harvey has been good and they have Parsons and Clark who has been outstanding.

The team is thin everywhere. The talent level at LB is pretty high. I agree Chubb will be a great test.

I mean most units are gonna get hurt when you take a starter out. I don’t have the same faith in the line backing group because Overshown and Liufau are still learning but if they are good enough to where they only get bad because of injury? I’ll take it.

I disagree that Clark has been outstanding. He ranked 46th in LBs last season and was consistently out of place.

We clearly have different definitions of what " outstanding" means.
Outstanding in camp and the group is much improved this season.

Parsons is the only LB that has a PFF over 73......it's hard for me to agree that the LB core is "pretty high"

What I will say is that there is at least "HOPE " that Overshown and Liufau can develop into great players.

I really hope so but I have to see it first

Kendricks "should" be an upgrade if he plays 16-17 games strictly because LVE couldn't stay on the field so there's that

But let's keep it a buck.....any LB Corp that had to use a safety as LB, has to do better the next season, lol

Thoughts and prayers

Right but I think Bell got scapegoated he wasn’t terrible it was the other linebackers like Clark who were more disappointing. Bell had his limitations due to his safety stature. But they for sure can only go up from here.
