This line needs two really good additions to go along with Smith. You can have a couple shmoes, but no more. A tackle and guard, and either Costa or Bernadeau at center, and this thing will be much better.

Pretty cool how u added that clip in there. Id like to see more threads like this with clips and proof to backup analysis.

It's obvious that there was some hesitation on his part on what man to block. That's the way the Skins beat us that day and Garrett never properly adjusted.

However, I though Bernadeau was a good guard in this league by the end of the season and playing better than Livings.

Which is the problem. The defense showed it's blitzing hand. In that scenario you take the guy in your grill. They were already showing a 5 man rush and eventually brought six (the backer has to pick up #6). That just flat out sucks.

I read both Bengals and Panthers boards after each signing to see what the fan reaction was.

In each case they seemed happy to lose the player, laughed at the money they were given, etc....

Hard to argue that any of them were wrong.

That is true. But it's also confounded by what they did with that look at other parts of the game. That is, the guy on the outside actually blitzed, the RT picked him up, and Mackenzy picked up the man Free ended up picking.

But even with that, if Romo had just slid to the right in the pocket, he would've had a couple of more seconds. There were very few times when the defense rushed 6 or more ppl and Romo took his time. And trust me, quite a few of those were well blocked.

Where are you guys getting this film? lol.

They both got beat pretty bad on occassions and both had some decent play at times. But IMO Livings is really bad trying to get to the 2nd level and trying to cover a stunt.

From NFL.com. It's called Game Rewind. It has the coaches film with 2 views plus the original broadcast. One view is the All-22 and the other view is an End-Zone type view that is great for analyzing the OLine and DLine.

The cost is about $70 per season.

When walking through a pasture, which is better on the bottom of your shoe?

Cow or Horse crap?

Which one has a more consistent texture? Hmmm..

Seriously though, Livings was bad. Berny was horrible. Livings was better by far, IMO.
