I think if Jerry as the boss wants to rip into the team or coaching staff he can he does sign their pay checks....

Yeah, i don't see anything wrong with it and no one on this board can claim they know what happens in Dallas behind closed doors. Can anyone say for certain Jerry did not pull Wade aside and tell him this was going to happen or that after doing it he told Wade this won't happen again, if you don't do some thing then we will have to move on.

I mean no one really knows what is being said or done at this very moment.

He certainly can.

But all it does is undermine any authority the HC may have actually had. And, makes the job less attractive to future potential HC's.

As long as Jerry keeps this crap up, we're basically relegated to having HC's who are just happy to get offered an NFL gig. Kind of like the Switzer's, Gailey's, Campo's and Wade's of the world.

But yeah, Jerry definitely can do whatever he wants. But we will pay the consequences for it too.
