They were my most hated team back in the 1980s. I have no feelings anymore. Hard to hate a team that's always awful. I bet their fans are glad to be free of Snyder. We can only dream.
Being loyal to professional sports team is pretty odd. Loyalty is for friends and family, not millionaires and billionaires who don't know you exist.

Yep that's me, except replace 75 with 1990. Jerry isn't serious about winning, why should I care any longer? I won't go root for another team but I enjoy watching a lot of these players in the playoffs. Jayden Daniels and so many of the Washington players are easy to root for.

That's when I became a fan. I've never been so down on this team as I've been this year. They don't even hide the fact that they don't care about winning anymore.

My fiance grew up in Maryland in her early years and still has a lot of family up there. I am happy for those fans, because I know how suffering it is to not win anything in that time period, and their drought was even worse than ours because outside of no conference title game since 4 years before us, they hadn't won a single playoff game since 2005.
